Houte Coture
I was looking for some inspirations for my friend Tara's birthday card. She loves fashion and her style ranges from classic to contemporary. I was sitting in front of my sewing/scrapbooking table tapping my pencil as if ideas will come out of it, I noticed the mini dress forms staring back at me ...
